The service is provided online with constant feedback, support, and guidance to keep you active and on track.

With my online approach, you can choose to train from the comfort of your home when you feel under the weather, from your favorite park, or from any location you decide, whenever it fits your schedule and mood.

 

You won’t have the constraints of traveling to a specific location, making it easier for you, saving you time and ensuring you stay consistent with the plan.

Discovery call

Let’s start by getting to know each other.

This will be a relaxed conversation where we’ll discuss your journey, your needs, and, most importantly, your goals. You’ll also have the chance to learn more about me. This session will help me understand how I can best support you. Afterward, we’ll decide together if we’re the right fit to work as a team.

Evaluation

Once we’ve decided to work together, we’ll conduct a thorough evaluation of your current situation. I’ll gather detailed information about your treatment, physical condition, and any side effects you may be experiencing. This comprehensive assessment helps me understand your unique needs, allowing us to create a personalized action plan tailored to support your recovery and optimize your well-being throughout the process.

Onboarding

Once we’ve completed the evaluation, it’s time to dive into action. I’ll provide and explain everything about your fully personalized training plan. This plan will include a structured schedule, step-by-step instructions, and detailed timelines, ensuring you know exactly what to do, how, and when. You’ll also have access to my app where you can view your weekly plans, track your progress, communicate directly with me, and much more. This will make it easier for you to stay on top of your plan, ask questions, and easily get continuous support. The onboarding process is designed to set you up for success from minute one, giving you the tools and confidence to take charge of your recovery.

Do - Check - Act

This is where real progress happens, following a proven methodology. As you execute your personalized plan, we’ll meet regularly online to monitor your progress. In each session, we’ll assess what’s working, what might need adjusting, how you’re feeling, and ensure you're staying on track to meet your goals. Together, we’ll make any necessary adjustments. I’ll guide you through each new set of exercises, providing clear explanations of the objectives to ensure you understand the purpose and benefits of every step. This ongoing cycle of action, review, and refinement creates a continuous feedback loop that keeps you focused, motivated, and advancing. It also allows me to evaluate your progress and optimize your plan for better results. Together, we’ll take it one step at a time, continuously working toward your goals.
